What is the difference between stainless steel, aluminium, chromium?

Stainless steel is now commonly found in industrial and domestic application, due to its anti-corrosion qualities stemming from its high-chromium alloy.
Aluminium is a light alloy and offers good conductivity.
Chromium is a white bright metal, used to plate steel.

What plating services do you offer?

We offer zinc plating.

What are your business hours?

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What are your delivery hours /goods receiving?

7:30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

What is the normal delay to process an order?

2 – 3 working days, usually.

Do you offer delivery service?

Yes, we offer this service for all types and size of parts with no distance limit.

Do you work during weekends?

If needed.

Do you offer an emergency service, troubleshooting?

Yes, upon request.

Can you come to my facility?

Yes, we have two mobile units for degreasing, pickling and passivation.

I have an on-site job in electro or zinc plating to do?

This kind of exclusive treatment must be done only in our facility.

My equipment is very big, do you have enough space?

We handle large parts from 50 to 60 ‘long, 20’ wide and 10 ‘high. We have 2 10 tons overhead cranes to lift and manipulate heavy parts.

Do you offer certificates of conformity?

Yes, we offer certificates of conformity. It is our standard policy.

What kind of parts can you handle?

All types of pieces.

What kind of alloys can you treat?

All stainless steel alloys.

What are the maximum sizes for the parts?

12’ long, 5’ wide and 6’ high.

Does the treatment eliminate mechanical polishing

Yes, in some cases.

How do we measure electrolytic polishing?

We measure electro polishing in average roughness with a measuring device.
